The Practice...

Dr Sobich's legal practice is situated in the heart of Costa Brava, and focuses on providing specialist legal advice to a wide range of local and international clients.

Dr Sobich is a member of the Bar and Law Society of Girona. He is admitted as a solicitor in England and Wales (the only Solicitor in Costa Brava), and as a Rechtsanwalt in Germany. As a result his practice can offer quality English, Spanish, German and European law advice across a wide range of practice areas. Due to these qualifications and his many years of international experience, Dr Sobich is also able to ensure that all his clients receive advice specifically tailored to their needs, in a relaxed and friendly environment.

Upon being instructed, Dr Sobich will spend time discussing each client's requirements, in order to ensure that all fee proposals are designed to meet their objectives. This will include the opportunity to agree fee arrangements determined by either the fees of the Catalan chamber of lawyers (Criterios orientadores en materia de honorarios del Consell dels Il.lustres Col.legis d'Advocats de Catalunya) or the German law on lawyers fees (RVG - Gesetz über die Vergütung der Rechtsanwältinnen und Rechtsanwälte vom 5. Mai 2004).

In order to ensure that clients receive the most efficient and value-added service, the practice also co-operates in litigation matters with a Spanish-Catalan law and tax office in Girona.
